Our History
Since opening our doors in 2021, Scruff’s Grill has grown from a simple add-on to our American Taco Company kitchen into one of Rolla’s favorite comfort-food spots. We’re all about honest food made with quality ingredients—like our 1855 Brand Ground Chuck—and giving our guests the kind of meal that keeps them coming back.
